Kerala and the Himalayas
Choose the place that feels right
Courses and panchakarma take place at Ayurvedic centers in Kerala and Rishikesh: doctors, treatments, accommodation and meals all in one place, with a school coordinator by your side throughout your stay.
Varkala
A small town in South Kerala: a red cliff above the ocean, a long beach and an easy pace. This is where the school's panchakarma takes place.
Rishikesh
North India, the Himalayan foothills. A quiet Ayurvedic center within walking distance of the Ganga, where the school's panchakarma takes place.
Malabar
Kerala off the tourist trail. A working Ayurvedic clinic where patients are treated every day, and where the school's courses take place.
Why Kerala
Kerala is the state in south-west India most closely associated with Ayurveda. It developed its own school of treatments: pizhichil, kizhi, the dharas. It also has the most clinics where these treatments are given every day, not staged for tourists.
We choose our locations by three criteria: treatments are given there every day, oils and medicines are made on site, and the doctors are willing to teach. New locations will appear on this page. See the places where our courses and panchakarma take place in the gallery.
